It includes the provision of delivery service, followed up by delivery of document to the customer/ sender, signed by the recipient, confirming the fact of delivery.

Individual original waybill delivery

Individual original waybill delivery – provision of the initial document to Customer/ Sender that reflects information on the date, time of delivery, name, title and signature of the Recipient.

Rate: 70 rubles without VAT (when ordering services up to 30 days from the date of delivery)

Rate 250 rubles without VAT (when ordering services over 30 days from the date of delivery)

Individual waybill copy delivery

Individual waybill copy delivery – provision of the document copy to Customer/ Sender that reflects information on the date, time of delivery, name, title and signature of the Recipient.

Individual delivery confirming letter

Individual delivery confirming letter – provision of the official letter to Customer/ Sender, confirming service delivery. In addition to the letter a copy of delivery-acceptance act is issued, confirming delivery of the item to Recipient. 

Some state institutions and authorities (for example: the Prosecutor's Office, Customs, Military units, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, etc.) refuse to sign the Forms of Individual delivery sheets, the Inventory of attachments, documents accompanying the shipment.
