Waiting more than 15 minutes for a shipment to be received

a DIMEX Courier can wait no more than 30 minutes for a shipment to be received at the Sender's office. Waiting time of up to 15 minutes is not paid, more than 15 minutes is confirmed by the Sender's additional entry in the invoice and is paid additionally according to the Rates. The rate for each next 15 minutes is 50 rubles without VAT.
