Storage of shipments

If due to circumstances beyond the control of DIMEX, delivery and delivery of the shipment are not possible without additional instructions from the Sender, the shipment is accepted by DIMEX for storage. If the Sender / Customer has not received the necessary instructions within 3 days after the repeated delivery attempt, then starting from the 4th calendar day, the payment for storing the shipment will be charged according to the Rates.

• The rate for storing items weighing up to 5 kg per day is 60 rubles without VAT.
• The rate for storing items weighing up to 30 kg per day is 110 rubles without VAT.
• The rate for storing items weighing up to 100 kg per day is 210 rubles without VAT.
